- Greg Mullarkey is authorised and regulated by the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) to act as a licensed Insolvency Practitioner in the UK.
- As the second-largest regulator of Insolvency Practitioners, the IPA aims to promote and maintain high standards of performance and professional conduct amongst those engaged in insolvency practice.
- The IPA works with the Insolvency Service to promote and maintain high standards of professional conduct by its members through regular monitoring visits and inspections.
- The IPA also provides comprehensive ongoing professional training for its members and requires all its members to undertake a continuous programme of professional training and development.
