On the 7 June 2022 in proceedings in the Leeds division of the High Court of Justice case number BR-2022-LDS-000004 with the consent of Michael Howorth, Gregory John Mullarkey of Bennett Jones, 22 Lloyd Street, Manchester M2 5WA replaced Michael Howorth as Supervisor of your IVA.
You do not need to do anything. It is important that you continue to make your IVA payments as you are doing currently. Your IVA will continue without any interruption.
